In 2014 designs and construction had begun for the new and amazingly unique AURUM.  Aurum is headed up by Dave Esquenazi and Howard Heiberger.  The 2 own the very successful Exquisite Caterers and Exquisite Caterers at the Marlboro Jewish Center.  The new culinary team is headed up by Executive Chef Chris Harammis, who comes from an extensive culinary background.  Chris Graduated CIA in Hyde Park NY, worked at many high end restaurants and was banquet chef at the Ritz Carlton in Puerto Rico.

Aurum was designed with the sound system first, then all the other items fell around it.  The in house DJ  Jordan Marshal, and Michael Langsner of Xplosive Entertainment have installed a state of the art light and sound system.  Designed by crews that put on major concerts and light shows, the lighting at Aurum will WOW you.
